Talk to Me

How many times have you heard this statement?  Soon to be followed by, "Why won't you just talk to me?"  Although the answer seems complicated but it's rather simple.  You are not hearing!!! What?!!?!! Exactly!!!  In order for someone to talk, there must a sense of security and trust.  I have to trust that you are going to hear me and not judge me.  I have to trust that you will hear me and not use it against me.  I have to trust that you will hear me and give me your unbiased opinion.  I have to trust that you will hear me and help me.  Can I talk to you?
